In October 2023, Bluecastle Capital, on behalf of its investors, acquired a prime city-centre development site on Farm Road, Sheffield, with planning consent for a build-to-rent scheme.
In June 2024, Bluecastle Capital unconditionally purchased a prime City Centre development site with consent for 364 BTR units on behalf of its investors.
In June 2023, Bluecastle Capital, on behalf of its investors, unconditionally acquired one of the last remaining development sites within the Stevenage Masterplan. In February 2025, the project secured planning consent for a 69m tower delivering 225 high-quality rental apartments.
